We require you to provide the following : Branch Location, Date & Time, Transaction No., Amount. Also kindly provide the Order No (you can check this in your Order History in "My Account") and your Email.

SHIPPING POLICY
Herv Natural PLT currently ships to the following countries:
- Malaysia
We offer express shipping for all orders made in Herv Natural Online Store.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should ship within 2-5 business days after order verification and payment approval.
We use J&T Express (M) courier service
All shipments are processed in our Malaysia facility to both east and west Malaysia.
We do not deliver to P.O boxes
Orders will be processed and shipped once payment confirmation/authorization is received.
Note that during festive period, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Delivery Times
